During a lecture in Smith-Buonanno 106 Tuesday night, Palestinian-American lawyer Gregory Khalil discussed the implications of Palestinian law and spoke against the construction of the barrier that will separate Israeli and Palestinian territory. As a legal advisor for the Negotiations Support Unit in Ramallah, Khalil provides the Palestinian leadership with legal, political and communications advice on peace negotiations with Israel.
