The Bears faced the Princeton Tigers in their first home conference game of the season.

Midfielder Daniel Schiller ’20 takes control of the ball. In the first Ivy League match of the season, the Bears were unable to keep the Lions at bay in the box, leading to a 3-0 loss against a formidable Columbia side.

Coming off of a victory against Boston University Tuesday, the Bears took to the road for their Ivy League opener against the Columbia Lions.

After defeating nationally-ranked Tulsa away from home, the Bears endured a more modest result in a testy affair between in-state rivals. The teams had to be separated at midfield in the second half after some physical play.
