Nick is a Senior Staff Writer for the Sports Section of the Brown Daily Herald covering the men's basketball team this winter as his main beat, among other longer-term features projects and the occasional “Athlete of the week” interview article. Nick is a sophomore at Brown double concentrating in Computer Science-Economics and Political Science. Outside of the Herald, he runs on the Cross Country / Track and Field team here at Brown and is an RPL. Just a few days before its second Ivy League game against Princeton this weekend, the men’s soccer team faced local rival Providence Wednesday.

After losing to Princeton 11-7 on Saturday, the men’s water polo team won two matches in a double-header on Sunday against St. Francis College Brooklyn and Iona College. The Bears pulled out late victories during the fourth quarter and overtime, respectively. The team will travel to Boston to play MIT and Harvard in another double-header this Saturday.
