After splitting its games last weekend, the men’s basketball team fell to Cornell Friday before riding the rebounding of Tamenang Choh ’21 and clutch shooting of Obi Okolie ’19 to an overtime victory against Columbia Saturday.

The Ivy League had long been resistant to change in the sport of men’s basketball: While nearly every other conference adopted the exhilarating postseason tournament, the Ancient Eight sent the team with the best league record to the NCAA tournament — until 2017.

Desmond Cambridge ’21 notched the game-winning three to beat Princeton. The shot was just three of Cambridge’s 32 points in the contest.

Tamenang Choh ’21 fights for the ball in a tight loss to the Harvard Crimson Saturday night after a thrilling victory over Dartmouth the night before. The Bears will take on Penn next Friday and Princeton Saturday.

After splitting a series against Yale last weekend, the men’s basketball team bested Dartmouth on a buzzer-beating bucket from Zach Hunsaker ’20 Friday night before falling to Harvard Saturday.

Though the Bears lost to the Yale Bulldogs the week before, Travis Fuller ‘19 assured that the preparation and hard work paid off this weekend.
