Brown Arts Initiative symposium grounds itself in concepts of land

On Sept. 19 and 20, students, faculty and other members of the University community gathered at the Granoff Center for the Creative Arts to attend the Brown Arts Initiative’s third annual symposium about humans and land.

Anuj Amin, a student at the University of Pennsylvania, created the symposium after finding it difficult to network with his undergraduate research peers. The symposium will host keynote speakers, career fairs and workshops for all attendees. The conference will take place at Penn  Nov. 10 to Nov. 12, bringing together about 200 students.

The inaugural Ivy League Undergraduate Research Symposium will take place at Penn Nov. 10 to Nov. 12.
