Pro-ROTC doesn't mean pro-war
By Brian Barbata | April 27I graduated from Brown with a degree in fine arts in 1968 and was commissioned as a naval officer the same day, having spent two years in Brown's Naval ROTC program. The school banned us from receiving our commissions on the stage with the graduates, so we were relegated to Sayles Hall.
