As Brown students await fall 2020 decision, class pre-registration postponed

Dean of the College Rashid Zia ’01 and Dean of the Graduate School Andrew G. Campbell also announced that changes will be made to the current pre-registration system to “improve this process for all students,” in the community-wide email announcing the delay Wednesday.

Mulligan ’19: Brown should increase LGBTQ+ course offerings

Earlier this month, California approved textbooks that include LGBTQ+ history for use in public schools for grades K-12.

The University revealed a new website, Courses@Brown, for students to choose their classes. The interface replaces the Banner system that many considered outdated and aesthetically displeasing. The design of the new site was a collaborative project between The University, students and third-party vendor Leapfrog.
