The Program in Judaic Studies and the Center for Middle East Studies collaborated on a film conference in order to add a more personal dimension to campus discussions of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

As Hollywood embraces social change through movements like Time’s Up, those same shifting tides will bring young, diverse and empowering stars to the University’s campus as part of the annual Ivy Film Festival Apr. 8-14.

“Anybody in There,” produced by Brown Motions Pictures, was shown at the Quincy, Massachusetts independent film festival “Stories by the River.” The film depicts adolescent struggles with drug addiction.

“Anybody in There,” a short film produced by Brown students about substance abuse, was shown at the Quincy, Massachusetts independent film festival “Stories by the River” Jan. 26.  The Brown Motion Pictures-produced project initially premiered on campus last September.

The film festival featured the animated movie “Loving Vincent,” for which 120 artists crafted 65,000 oil paintings for each shot in the movie.
