Thursday evening, a bustling audience gathered in the Granoff Center for Creative Arts to see Everett Company’s “Good Grief” — a multimedia performance centered around trauma’s grip on both mind and body.

Throughout last Wednesday night’s multimedia performance at the Rhode Island School of Design Auditorium entitled “Qyrq Qyz,” the composition of the stage shifted: The only set piece, a black mountain of fabric, was deconstructed and the performers rearranged positions and formations to the beat of the music.

Tracy Silverman performed his original composition “Love Song to the Sun” accompanied by the Brown University Orchestra Saturday.

The Brown University Orchestra performed “Love Song to the Sun” to accompany the song’s composer and electric violin soloist Tracy Silverman in the first concert of the semester Saturday.

Raised in Havana, Cuba, Molina Fernandez moved to Rhode Island in 2006. His paintings are being shown in multiple galleries throuhout the state.
