The Bears (4-7, 0-4 Ivy) hoped to secure a first conference win against the Crimson (7-3, 3-1) and snap a four-game losing streak, but had no such success.

Lauren Toy ’16 looks to create a scoring opportunity. The captain scored three times against Yale, but it wasn’t enough to give the Bears the win.

Coming off victories against Colgate and Bryant, the women’s lacrosse team went into its second Ivy League tilt against Yale set to notch its first Ivy win.

Kerianne Hunt ’17 showed a strong offensive effort from the start of the Colgate-Brown match, scoring a goal just two minutes in. She went on to net two more goals, leading the team to victory. An additional win over Bryant lay a promising foundation before their game versus Yale later this week.
