On Wednesday, Grant LeBeau '09 was named Player of the Week for the College Water Polo Association Northern Division. LeBeau scored in all six games of the Bears' road trip over the weekend, including five goals against Santa Clara University and a pair of tallies versus California Lutheran University. LeBeau finished with 11 goals on the weekend.
LeBeau, a native of San Diego, Calif., and a graduate of La Jolla High School, is second on the team in assists and ejections for the year and first among non-goaltenders in blocks. He is the second Bears water polo player to win CWPA Northern Division Player of the Week this season, following Mike Gartner '09, who won it Sept. 11.
