The University will confer eight honorary doctorates at Commencement: biochemist Carolyn Bertozzi, actress Viola Davis, Congressman John Lewis, author Marilynne Robinson, musician Sebastian Ruth, news anchor Diane Sawyer, political theorist Gene Sharp and Zhejiang University President Wei Yang.
