Founded in 2018, BIP has roughly 50 members who work on five issue-specific teams to research and advocate for policy solutions in Rhode Island.

Lila Quinn

Lila Quinn is a photographer who is originally from New York. She is a first-year student studying Neurobiology on a Pre-Med Track and is interested in the fusion between neuroscience and impacts of the changing environment. Lila is also the Publicity Chair of the Brown Ballet Company.

Over 60 law enforcement officers were patrolling Brown’s campus earlier today, according to President Christina Paxson P’19 P’MD’20. “Right now, campus feels very secure,” she said.
