According to Facilities, the tree’s current lack of foliage is a signal of stress, although tests have not indicated any diseases. The department has made no decision at this time to remove or replace the tree.

Lila Quinn is a photographer who is originally from New York. She is a first-year student studying Neurobiology on a Pre-Med Track and is interested in the fusion between neuroscience and impacts of the changing environment. Lila is also the Publicity Chair of the Brown Ballet Company.
